I hereby agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Introduction Welcome to Msakn. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including the design and customization of PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and business cards using uploaded files.

2. Services Provided Msakn offers professional design services where customers can upload their own files for customization. We do not create contents from scratch; instead, we enhance and personalize existing files based on customer requirements.

3. File Uploads Customers must upload their files in a compatible format (e.g., PPT, PDF, JPG). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the files are free from viruses or malicious software. Msakn reserves the right to refuse any file that does not meet our quality standards or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Debit Cards.
5. Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders. Additional charges may apply for expedited orders or special requests.

6. Order Confirmation Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not signify acceptance of your order. Msakn reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders are subject to availability and Msakn reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled.

7. Design Process Upon receiving your files, our team will review them and begin the customization process. We may contact you for additional information or clarification. The estimated time for completion will be provided at the start of the project. Msakn is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s failure to provide necessary information or files.

8. Revisions We offer up to three rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. All revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial design. Any significant changes to the original order may be treated as a new order and will incur additional charges.

9. Delivery Completed designs will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the order process. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Msakn is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or the customer’s email provider.

10. Returns and Refunds Due to the customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with the final design, please contact our customer service within 7 days, and we will work with you to address your concerns. Refunds may be issued at Msakn's discretion under exceptional circumstances.

11. Customers are granted a limited license to use the designs for their intended purpose. Customers may not resell or redistribute our designs without our prior written consent. Msakn retains the right to use completed designs in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

12. Use of Content Msakn retains the right to use any content submitted by customers, including designs for PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and business cards, for our internal purposes such as portfolio showcases, marketing materials, and promotional activities. However, Msakn will not publish or disclose the names of students or any personal identifying information associated with the content. By submitting content to Msakn, customers acknowledge and agree to this usage and waive any rights to compensation or complaints regarding the use of their content by Msakn.

13. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Msakn will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

14. Liability Msakn will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Customers assume full responsibility for the use of our designs and any issues that may arise from their use.

15. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

16. Amendments Msakn reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically.

17. User Conduct Customers agree to use our services in a lawful manner. Any misuse of our services, including the submission of harmful or illegal content, will result in the termination of your account and may lead to legal action.

18. Data Security Msakn takes data security seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, we cannot guarantee complete security and will not be liable for any breach beyond our reasonable control.

19. Third-Party Links Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Msakn is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

20. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Msakn regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

21. Severability If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. Waiver The failure of Msakn to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
